Springbok Damian Willemse claims the team have continued their boozy celebrations since the Rugby World Cup win almost a week ago.

Springbok Damian Willemse has had South Africans thoroughly entertained with his wild antics since winning the Rugby World Cup last weekend.

And according to the 25-year-old star – nicknamed the “Jack Grealish” of the Springboks – that means boozing all week long.

Willemse – who has won his second consecutive World Cup title – even joked about being intoxicated 24/7.

DAMIAN WILLEMSE: ‘WE HAVEN’T STOPPED DRINKING’

The Springboks are currently on their week-long tour of the country with the Webb Ellis Cup.  And one look at the squad, its easy to see that the celebrations – and flow of booze – continues on the “party bus”.

Speaking to reporters, Damian Willemse described the mood of the squad.

He said: “After the game, we haven’t stopped drinking…Only the Lord is carrying me”.

In the six days following the Rugby World Cup finals, Damian Willemse has had his Instagram followers amused by his celebrations.

They include cutting his hair into a mohawk, tattooing his butt, dancing up a storm, and downing copious amounts of brandy and coke.

In clips on social media, the young star has been filmed looking worse for wear.  But he’s not the only one.

Springboks Malcolm Marx, Wille Le Roux, and even Handre Pollard have all been spotted overindulging.

FINALLY TAKING OFF THE WINNING KIT

Meanwhile, Damian Willemse has finally taken his dirty Rugby World Cup kit off after almost a week.

After vowing to wear the grubby clothes for as long as possible, Willemse swopped them for a fresh look on Friday.
